Every Helping Hand Matters
Pack 321 works best when families share the load. Some volunteers help once at an event. Others help with meetings, planning, fundraising, or ongoing leadership. You do not need prior Scouting experience to be useful and appreciated.
One-Time Event Help
Families can help with setup, cleanup, check-in, supplies, activity stations, snacks, decorations, or other short tasks. One-time help is a great way to support the Pack without taking on a continuing role.
Pack Meeting Assistance
Pack meetings often need adults to welcome families, guide activity tables, help younger Scouts stay engaged, and support leaders during announcements, ceremonies, and games.
Camping and Activity Help
Outdoor activities are stronger when families help with equipment, food coordination, stations, safety reminders, arrival support, and simple activity leadership. Pack leaders provide guidance before the event.
Fundraising Support
Fundraising helps support Pack programming. Volunteers may help with communication, tracking, pickup logistics, event tables, or encouraging participation.
Committee and Leadership Opportunities
Some families choose to serve in ongoing roles with the committee, den leadership, event planning, advancement, communications, or administration. These roles are important, but helping the Pack does not mean every person must immediately become a registered leader.
Training and Support
No prior Scouting experience is required for many volunteer opportunities. Training, guidance, and support are available so adults know what is expected and how to help safely.
